The Cotton Exchange with its listed mosaics in the entrance area and the imposing marble staircase inspires and fascinates with its very special, historic ambience. The traditional Kontorhaus offers representative offices as well as event rooms and meeting rooms and halls in the heart of Bremen’s city center.
You have the choice between meeting and event rooms in different sizes and equipment, which you can rent for your event according to your needs. Whether a seminar, meeting, corporate event or as a backdrop for presentations, press conferences and film or photo productions – the Cotton Exchange is the right location for all occasions.
THE MEETING ROOM
Our meeting room is a small conference room, furnished in a classic style. It offers space for about 10 people, has its own checkroom and convinces with its traditional ambience. The room is particularly suitable for meetings, negotiations or training courses on a smaller scale.
THE PRESIDENT ROOM
A photo gallery of all previous presidents of the Bremen Cotton Exchange not only gives the President’s Room its name, but also a very special charm. The modernly designed conference and seminar room can comfortably seat up to 15 people and also features modern technical equipment. As a special highlight, the decoration includes a journey back in time to the long history of the Bremen Cotton Exchange.
THE LARGE MEETING ROOM
In our largest room, the first presidents and founding fathers of the Bremen Cotton Exchange look down on visitors from the paintings. This hanseatic furnished room with historic leaded glass windows, real wood furniture and domed ceiling is perfectly suitable for larger meetings, receptions or seminars. The large tables can seat up to 40 people. With theater seating even up to 80 people fit in the hall.
THE TOWER ROOM
A state-of-the-art room: The Turmsaal is equipped with a projector and screen, sound system, 60-inch screen – and offers a stunning view of Bremen’s market square. In the light-flooded room with its 94 square meters, there is enough space for a generous conference table that can seat up to 24 people. With theater seating, even up to 55 people can listen intently to a lecture. Air conditioning provides cooling on hot days or during heated discussions. The color-adjustable LED strip additionally lets your event appear in the right light – for example, in your corporate color. The attached pantry kitchen allows you to offer your guests optimal catering.

Rental infos
Additional technical equipment as well as coffee, water and juices can be booked with us. For snacks we are happy to recommend a catering service.
Open fires (candles, fuel paste for catering) are prohibited throughout the building. Please advise your caterer of any electrical appliances used to heat food.
