Arbitration

Arbitration has been one of the central statutory tasks of the Bremen Cotton Exchange for 150 years up to the present day. It essentially involves settling disputes between contracting parties in the event of quality defects in delivered cotton. Cotton Exchange rulings are internationally recognized and therefore quickly enforceable.
